A workshop was organized in Shalamar Hospital regarding hepatitis B disease and measures to prevent it. Prof. Dr. Mujibur Rahman Abid Butt specially participated. The participants discussed the causes of hepatitis B and its treatment and prevention. The panel of experts included Prof. Haroon Yusuf, Prof. Dr. Altaf Alam, Dr. Iftikhar Yusuf, Prof. Dr. Shahid Sarwar, Prof. Muhammad Arif Nadeem. The doctors said that the hepatitis disease is increasing rapidly in Pakistan and especially in Lahore, the main reason of which is the lack of clean water. And timely diagnosis is important to prevent it, so everyone should get their hepatitis screened so that it can be treated in a better way. And you should be careful in choosing your food and drink and exercise should be your routine.
