Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has announced that it will receive Umrah applications from foreigners after a gap of 18 months.
The Saudi government has announced the start of the Umrah season, which has been suspended for almost 18 months due to Corona sanctions, after which all foreigners wishing to perform Umrah will be able to submit Umrah applications from August 9.
According to the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, initially 60,000 foreigners will be allowed to perform Umrah, but this number will be increased every month to 2 million. Will be bound to do.
A statement issued by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah added that all applicants from countries covered by the travel ban would have to remain in quarantine upon entry into Saudi Arabia.
