ISLAMABAD: Prices of petroleum products are likely to rise again from February 16.
According to sources, due to the rise in crude oil prices in the global market, petroleum products are likely to become more expensive, after which the price of petrol is likely to increase by Rs 5.50 per liter and diesel by Rs 5.75 per liter from February 16.
Sources said that OGRA has prepared a summary on Rs 30 per liter levy in which it is proposed to increase the price of petrol to Rs 16 per liter. ۔
According to sources, OGRA has sent a summary of changes in prices of petroleum products to the Petroleum Division, but the final decision will be taken by the Finance Ministry in consultation with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
