Karachi (CNEWS DESK) A comprehensive security plan has been drawn up by the Karachi Police in connection with the PSL 6 matches starting today. The plan was formulated in a meeting chaired by Additional IG Karachi Ghulam Nabi Memon. All stakeholders including DIG Security and Emergency Services Division Maqsood Ahmed, Commandant SSU Dr. Farrukh Ali, senior officers of Police, Army, Rangers and PCB participated in the meeting. In all, more than 5,000 Karachi police personnel will be on security duty. Security Division 2500 personnel including 1070 SSU Commandos, Traffic Police, Rapid Response Force, Special Branch and District Police personnel along with other law enforcement agencies along with National Stadium, Karachi Airport, Routes, Practice Ground, Parks, Hotels and others.
