Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar has said that the PTI chief himself backed away from the US conspiracy narrative, sometimes politicians adopt such a stance to gain public support.
In an interview to Turk TV, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar has said that he assures that the election process will be completely clean, transparent and free, no particular group will be supported or opposed at the administrative level.
He says that electoral constituencies are a constitutional requirement, objections to electoral constituencies could have been made in the previous parliament during the legislation, we have to act according to the law and the constitution, the Election Commission cannot do unconstitutional work.
‘Violent protests cannot be allowed’
Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar has said that peaceful protest is the basic right of everyone in a democracy, but violent protests cannot be allowed under any circumstances. Separately, the constitution lays down how the government is formed and removed.
He said that he will ensure that no external power interferes in the internal affairs of Pakistan, Pakistan is a free and independent country, we take decisions in our national interest. I look at the role under the government. Unfortunately, the performance of our civilian institutions has not been good for three or four decades.
He said that we need to increase the efficiency of our civilian institutions, we are going to enter the election process soon. Caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar said that the United States and the allied forces have been in Afghanistan for 20 years, the allied countries are in Afghanistan. Despite spending 2 trillion dollars and not being able to establish a central authority, Pakistan remained a victim of cross-border attacks for 15 years even with the presence of coalition forces in Afghanistan.
He added that many security measures have been taken to prevent cross-border attacks. Afghanistan has no central authority but a warring group in power.
The Caretaker Prime Minister also said that stability in Afghanistan is in the interest of both countries, the outlawed TTP has hideouts in Afghanistan, and the Afghan Interim Government should not let its soil be used against anyone.
