We will win the election of Chairman and Deputy Chairman of Senate, PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the Senate elections have shown that we are suffering from moral degradation.

In his tweet, the Prime Minister said that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said that many nations before you were destroyed because they had a separate law for the strong and a separate law for the weak. History has shown that moral decay and corruption. He said that states could not provide justice without moral values. He said that without justice and rule of law, states fall apart. If states lose moral values, they resort to agreements like NRO with powerful criminals. In fact, the Senate election has shown that we are in a state of moral decay.

In addition, Prime Minister Imran Khan, while addressing a luncheon in honor of the newly elected Senators, said that unfortunately, there were difficulties in legislation due to lack of majority in the Parliament for the last two and a half years. Legislation will be easy, change of the old system is not possible without legislation, in the next two years our entire focus will be on legislation in the public interest.

PM Imran Khan said that our priority is to provide relief to the people, be aware of all the issues including inflation, we have put the economy on track, if the structure of the economy is not right then temporary relief is of no use, we country We want to give a system that is long lasting and effective, but it takes time to get rid of an old system and bring a new one.

Talking to the senators, Imran Khan emphasized on the method of voting and said that he was aware of the concerns of the allies and would not disappoint them. “We are still in touch with our senators. We have to make the system transparent so that If there is no room for corruption, inshallah we will succeed in the upper house.
